What is the loyalty rewards program? Our loyalty rewards program is a way for us at Everything Pet to acknowledge and reward our customers for their loyalty. Our reward system is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at Everything Pet you will earn points for the money you spend. Once earned these points are able to be used to pay for future purchases at Everything Pet. The Loyalty Reward Program began on Monday 1st March 2010 and all purchases made from that date will earn points.
How does the program work? When a order is placed the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. Once a order has been paid for and processed your reward points will be viewable in your profile. All customers will receive 50 points upon registering an account with us using the login/register link at the top right hand side of the homepage.
How many points do I receive? Currently you will receive 1 point for every $1 spent excluding any shipping fees.
How do I redeem my reward points? Reward points are redeemed during the checkout process. When going through the checkout process you will be given an option on how you would like to pay, you must select reward points at this stage. Reward points are unable to be redeemed in combination with any other payment method and must be redeemed by themselves. Reward Points are redeemed at a rate of 40 points per Australian Dollar and they are recalculated for other currencies based on the current exchange rate. Points are able to be reedeemed once you have accumulated a minimum of 100 points.
What is the minimum purchase amount required to earn points? There is currently no minimum purchase amount required.
Will I earn points for shipping fees? No, shipping fees are excluded. |
