At Everything Pet we endeavour to give our customers the best delivery price possible. We do this by using Australia Post and Star Track Express Courier.  Our prices are up to 60% below the recommended retail price so please feel free to check our prices against other stores.

Once you have placed your order it will be dispatched from our warehouse in Blacktown NSW 2148 within 3 days except for Advance, Hills, Eukanaba, Iams and Purina Proplan products which will come direct from our warehouse in Labrador QLD 4215 within 7 to 10 working days depending on stock availability and our current volume of orders. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before you contact us. Should the goods or part of the goods you have ordered not be available we will notify you within 2 business days. 

We endeavour to process all orders received before 11am AEST time the same day, for dispatch the following morning however if the warehouse is extremely busy this is not always possible. You will be notified of any unusual delays such as out of stock items or discontinued lines within 3 business days by our customer service department.

Our minimum shipping charge is $6.95 which includes delivery by Australia Post. Further charges are made based on value vs. weight.  You will be quoted a delivery charge once our system knows the delivery address we are sending to, before entering your payment details.
