At Everything Pet we endeavour to give our customers the best delivery price possible. We do this by using Australia Post and Star Track Express Courier.
Once you have placed your order it will be dispatched from our warehouse in Blacktown NSW 2148 except for Advance, Hills and Proplan products which will come direct from our warehouse in Labrador QLD 4215 within 7 to 10 working days depending on stock availability and our current volume of orders. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before you contact us. Should the goods or part of the goods you have ordered not be available we will notify you within 2 business days.
We endeavour to process all orders received before 11am AEST time the same day, for dispatch the following morning. You will be notified of any unusual delays such as out of stock items or discontinued lines at that stage by our customer service department.PLEASE NOTE: A signature will be required upon delivery, there are no exceptions. If no one is at home Australia Post will 'card' your post box with details on where and how to pick up your parcel. If you know that no one will be able to sign for your package then an alternative to consider would be shipping to a neighbour or friends address, or to your work address.
Our minimum shipping charge is $6.95 which includes delivery by Australia Post. Further charges are made based on value vs. weight. You will be quoted a delivery charge once our system knows the delivery address we are sending to, before entering your payment details.
