Shipping

At Everything Pet we endeavour to give our customers the most reliable delivery service possible. We do this by using Australia Post or Star Track Couriers.

Once you have placed your order, it will be dispatched direct from our partner warehouses in Sydney or Melbourne within 48 hours, although depending on stock availability this may vary.

Orders are usually received inside of 1 week, however please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to arrive before you contact us, just in case there are any postage delays. Should the goods, or part of the goods you have ordered not be available or be delayed from our end, we will contact you within 2 business days and to let you know.

Our minimum shipping charge is $6.95 using Aussie Post. This may be more for larger or heavy items. When you check out, you will be quoted a delivery charge once you enter your delivery address, which occurs before entering your payment details. Alternatively, when you are on the shopping cart page, you can use our shipping calculator to estimate the freight cost. (please note, this only works in the cart). The calculator will estimate the cost of delivery for the entire contents of the shopping cart, assuming Australia Post's standard delivery.
